Quick production
On most of our products we can deliver on a day-to-day basis if needed.
As a completely new initiative we have created a new department which can produce pocket filters in-house (both standard and special sizes) so that you no longer have to wait for delivery from abroad - instead they are produced here in Herning and can be shipped to you with very short notice.
Own sewing production in Herning
In order to deliver with a short notice and to ensure a high quality we have since the beginning had our own sewing facilities in Herning.
This means that we have a very high degree of flexibility, and if something unforeseen should happen in your production processes we are able to rapidly change our production to your advantage.
Fast delivery on time
Even though we are mainly producing according to orders we have a very short delivery time.
Generally 40% of all orders are delivered within 3 days and 80% of deliveries are with the customer after just 12 days.
One thing is fast delivery - another matter is timely delivery and this aspect is something we place great emphasis on.
Together we agree on when an order is to be delivered, and here we can proudly say that we meet the deadline in more than 99% of the cases.
Millimeter accuracy
Precision and accuracy are important when you want to produce products of a high quality.
Recently, KonfAir has purchased a CAD/CAM-Cutter and even though we were good before, we can now with certainty say that a bottom is round and has the correct diameter with millimeter precision - every time..!
