EFFICIENT DEVELOPMENT OF FILTER BAG FROM KONFAIR RESULTED IN NEW LARGE ORDER

Recently, HiFlux Filtration A/S had a task for konfAir that had to be solved quickly but with the highest quality. konfAir successfully solved the task and it quickly became a large order:
– I especially experience their flexible production when we need something fast - or just one piece. We get most of our filter bags in polypropylene, but sometimes there are some extra requirements when for example we work with nylon instead, says Ole Handberg, Section Manager Sales Administration at HiFlux Filtration A/S and elaborates:
– The following example is from a recent project with one of the large dairies which ended well because of konfAir's help. The customer used ordinary filter bags for cooling water, but during the cleaning it would take far too long for the water to flow through because the filtered particles would build up. It could take up to an hour. Therefore, they had a desire for another filter bag design.

The new filter bag is one of many examples of well-solved tasks that Ole Handberg remembers from many years of collaboration. This particular project ensured HiFlux Filtration A/S a larger order for which Ole Handberg is happy to share the credit with konfAir:
– I contacted konfAir, who immediately started producing a nylon bag that we could try. We picked up two new bags later that day, drove out to the customer and tested them. It worked right away. The water ran through much faster. And then the dairy placed an order of approximately DKK 300,000 for a new filter system - because we could solve their problem quickly.
Two filters with four filter bags in each have now been ordered. Ole Handberg fra HiFlux Filtration A/S also emphasizes that there is a lot of competition to bid on assignments with filter bags:
– That is why it is important for us to have a partner like konfAir. It means that we can move quickly and solve acute problems.

– It runs almost completely by itself. konfAir always delivers on time. It is nice to have a supplier you can trust. They are the best supplier I have, emphasizes Ole Handberg and elaborates:
– I have a great collaboration with konfAir. It is both their flexibility and our communication. I get along well with everyone I meet from there - and that also influence the collaboration. They are good at advising on what we need for different projects.
