Efficient pre-filter with Paintstop

konfAir supplies Paintstop filters to distributors, plant manufacturers and service companies working with filtration, including applications in spray booths.

Paintstop is used because paint mist, left over paint and larger particles from paint, adhesive, oil and grease can place a heavy load on the subsequent filtration stages. By capturing the coarser particles early in the process, Paintstop can help protect the other filters and extend their Lifetime.

The filter works by trapping the liquid particles in the glass fibre media as the air passes through the filter. Paintstop can be used both as a floor filter and as a pre-filter in front of an  Andreae filter, where it reduces the load on the subsequent filtration and contributes to more stable operation.

The Paintstop filter is made of a high-quality, durable fibreglass material. It has an elastic fiber structure, and at the same time is dimensionally stable under normal load so that it does not collapse. By choosing our paintstop filter, you get an effective filtration.

 

 

Quality and size

konfAir offers Paintstop in the quality G2 which is available in both 75 and 90 mm thickness.
Rolls are delivered whole or cut into filter mats on request. The Paintstop media can handle temperatures between -15° to 80° Celsius.
